I work with couples, families, and individuals during times of stress and transition. ​

My goal is to help you move from feeling emotionally exhausted and stuck toward a place of healing, growth, and change. My approach to therapy is attachment-focused and relational-based, I am able to help clients recognize and work through their emotions and distress, so they can have healthier interactional patterns and make significant progress towards their goals.

I believe that relationships matter.

I believe that the quality of our relationships impacts how we cope, relate, and respond to ourselves and others. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a greater awareness that strong and consistent support is vital to mental health and wellbeing. It is an honour to support people through the hard parts of life – it’s not easy to be vulnerable or to share your most distressing moments, thoughts, and feelings. You don’t have to do this alone.

As a counsellor, I help people cope with challenges and create impactful change.

For me, the most rewarding part about being a counsellor is giving people the hope and support they need to cope. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment and am committed to helping my clients reach their goals. I bring a laid-back, supportive and compassionate energy to my session and have a natural ability to meet people where they are at.

It is important to me that you feel comfortable during our sessions and that you feel heard and understood. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, our sessions will fit your needs and specific concerns. I believe you are worthy of respect, dignity, love, and care, I believe in the freedom to choose what is best for you, I believe that you can do hard things, and most of all I believe that healing is possible and you can have a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others.
