Rates & Insurance
We offer in-person sessions in Sherwood Park, and online sessions to folks across Alberta.
At the time of your session, fees are processed to either the credit card you authorized or through your health benefits plan.
Registered Provisional Psychologist or Registered Psychologist
Fees for services provided by a registered provisional psychologist or registered psychologist are set according to the recommended rates outlined by the Psychologists Association of Alberta (PAA).
Individuals, Couples, or Families: $220 (50-minute session).
Registered or Clinical Social Worker
Individuals, Couples, or Families: $220 (50-minute session).
Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)
Individuals, Couples, or Families: $150 (Plus GST) (50-minute session).
Practicum Student (Masters Level)
Individuals, Couples, or Families: $60 (Plus GST) (50-minute session).
*Student therapists are NOT covered by insurance/extended health benefits.
Mental Health Therapist (MHT)
Individuals, Couples, or Families: $100 (Plus GST) (50-minute session).
*Mental Health Therapists have a minimum of a Master’s Degree and are unlicensed professionals who are waiting to be licensed with their regulatory college. MHTs are NOT covered by insurance/extended health benefits.
Cancellation Policy:
Services are in high demand. We want to ensure that those who are requiring a session have the opportunity to schedule with their therapist. We also value the time that our therapists are available to do this work. If you would like to cancel or rebook a session, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice.
If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Direct Billing
At this time, we can only direct bill to Alberta Blue Cross and Green Shield for Psychologists and most insurances for Registered Social Workers. For all other insurance plans or extended health benefits, we will issue a receipt for reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance plan before booking to ensure services are covered. Not all insurance companies will allow direct billing.
