I understand that each person and their journey is unique, therefore I believe in a client centered integrative approach to therapy. To fit the distinct needs of each of my clients, I employ different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), with a trauma informed, strengths-based lens.
I understand that everyone’s experiences are different, and I draw from both my personal and professional background, along with years of formal education, to address the effects of trauma.
